Step 2 Your first contact

One of our Customer Service Team will call you to arrange a time and date that suits you best for a visit. They identify themselves as our staff immediately, so you know you’re not the subject of an annoying nuisance call.

This first contact is to arrange for a specialist member of our Design Team to come along and meet you. We feel it’s important to take the time to get to know you – to understand your particular lifestyle, be it for a new kitchen or bathroom.

Step 3 Your design visit

This is probably the most exciting and important part of planning the kitchen or bathroom you’ve promised yourself.

You can choose from a wide range of kitchen and bathroom styles to make best use of your available space, and view a comprehensive range of appliances.

For kitchens you can examine samples of luxurious door finishes, door and drawer handles and work tops. Our bathroom choice offers a huge range of suites and showers at prices to suit all budgets.

Your personal Designer will have wide experience and can help to towards design solutions that will make the most of your own budget, so you know you’re not in for any surprises.

Step 4 Costings and approval

We submit for your examination and approval a carefully produced plan of what your designer discussed with you, showing exactly how the kitchen or bathroom will function. Every detail large or small will be there just as you imagined.

It will show you just how everything will appear, but don’t forget, at this stage if you wish you can change anything you have second thoughts about. The plan shows the result of your own choice, and you’ll be proud to know you made it possible!

You’ll discover from the accompanying quote that we have carefully kept to the budget you gave us, and we believe you’ll be amazed at the value for money we offer.

Step 5 Pre-installation survey

You’ll meet your personal installer – a time-served tradesman who will make a pre-installation survey in your home to ensure that everything goes to plan when his team comes to set to work.

Checks are made so that everything will go smoothly during installation. Gas Safety Certificate and Electrical safety certificate checks are undertaken to be certain your installation will be legal and safe for you and your family.

You installer will be a qualified iKKBBI member, who will ensure that your kitchen or bathroom complies with the relevant building regulations.

Step 6 Delivery

If you’ve ever waited-in for a tradesman who is expected to call ‘sometime between ...’ and you’re given a half, or a full day span, you know how inconvenient that can be. So do we.

For this reason we have developed a virtually foolproof delivery system that ensures your time isn’t wasted – it’s an online planner, tracking and communications system that keeps us – and you, our client – fully aware of the delivery situation in real time.

It’s simple and practical, and you can track your delivery so you know where exactly it is in relation to the promised delivery time. You can also also speak to the driver if you wish - It’s all part of the service

Step 7 Installation

Three things our installation teams pride themselves on – speed, cleanliness and unobtrusiveness. They are used to working in people’s homes and have an understanding of how disruptive even simple jobs can be to household routine.

They are polite and courteous, and work hard to ensure that your project will be finished in the estimated time to the highest possible standards.

We know know that quality counts, so you can be as confident as we are that your new kitchen or bathroom will look even better than the plans, and will function perfectly well beyond the 10-year guarantee.

Step 8 Customer support

Your new kitchen or bathroom will add value to your home, and we want you to live happily with it for years to come.

Any small snags that crop up during installation are put right and we make sure kitchen taps always work, doors fit perfectly and drawers open and close smoothly, and appliances are checked for proper performance – bathroom suites, showers and plumbing are double-checked for your peace of mind.

In the unlikely event of any small workmanship snags cropping up in the weeks following installation we’ll fix them without quibble.

And if there’s anything else that occurs to you. Perhaps some small alteration or addition, we’ll be more than happy to be of extra service to you.
